Putting artwork into smaller space for printing (Boxing files up)

I design graphics for motocross bikes and print them. They are uneven panels and I spend most of my time boxing them up to print in a smaller area so it doesn't use much vinyl and laminate. This can take up to 20 mins per set. I was wondering if there's a plug-in that can do this for me?

So if i select the artwork and tell it the area size it needs to fit into and it does it for me?

Thanks for the help! Tried E-cut seems pretty good, not perfect with compound paths but it works.
