Não consigo abrir o Illustrator. Já desinstalei e voltei a instalar e dá sempre a mensagem "not responding" que fazer?
Dear Kevin, yes, this PC is managed by an IT department. Fortunately the problem is solved. Incompatibility with a printer driver. All is working now. Thank you for your help 🙂

Dear Kevin, Windows 10, the last version of AI. It was working fine until last friday. I'm also using Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, with no issues

I assume you've restarted the computer at some point in all this?
Is this happening on a specific doc, or only new docs, on old and new?
Did you delete prefs?

Are you on a Mac? Try creating a new user profile, then install.

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you try resetting Illustrator's preferences as suggested by Met1 by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.
