Each time I launch Illustrator on my laptop, I get prompted to renew my subscription despite already having one. Then whenever I click the "Renew now" button, it tells me "Illustrator is ready to use." before going back to the same "Renew now" screen. This issue is URGENT!!

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I checked the account you've used on the community for a subscription but did not find one. It could be possible that you subscribed using a different account. Kindly try signing out and signing in again using the Social sign-in options (Facebook/Apple/etc.) or a different account that you might have used for purchasing the subscription, as suggested by Monika, to see if it helps.
