When using Rectangular Grid tool , I often have this bug - when I try to transform it with "Free Transform" tool , it happens to have 2 points : 1 point anchor , and second point is few inches away from anchor . I don't get it , really .
But sometimes it works fine and I only have 1 anchor that I can align perfectly to my needs .
Please , help me find the fix to this annoying bug that I've been trying to live with for about 2 years ..

Rectangular grid is usually a rectangle and then lines crossing it. So this situation is perfectly normal.

When you have snap to pixels turned on, it might get out of hand when transforming. Is this what's happening?

Snap to pixels gives you no advantage whatsoever on freely distorted shapes.
