Why isn't shift+alt working to copy and reflect?

The order in which you press those modifier keys is important. First start dragging, hold the mouse, then hold down the keys, then lift the mouse, then the keys.

I left a question yesterday on cc application about color themes.

Would that be the right place to post it? and how long should I estimate to wait to get a response?
