Resolution problem

Hello, yesterday i had a problem with resolution in Illustrator, so i restarted it and it was fine, but today same problem happened. When i place(import) jpg or png it has bad resolution and png file(logo) has black outline too, but when i go to export it has good resolution.

Is the second image the exported file? It's hard to see any problem on the screenshot, as it's come through very low resolution.

As Danny said, we can only see the downsampled screenshot appearing directly in your original post (no help from the magnifier with the +), so it may be worth uploading it to somewhere else in full size and post a link.

The cup seems to be larger than might be inferred from the text.
