Resterize is extremely slow

I am trying to resterize a vector graphic from Afobe stock : 230405795 but it is taking around 15-20min.

i am running a fresh install on a Apple macbook pro M2 Max ans when i am looking in the Activitiy monitor is seems that illustrator is a 100% but the the overall system only shows 5% and the cooling not even kicks in.

i have checked that the GPU performance is enabled. 

Any one seeing the same results? i did expect another outcome actually

If it takes 15-20 minutes, you may be lucky. Looks like a heavy file, I cannot even open it without getting warnings that Illustrator has become unresponsive.

How much memory do you have in your machine?

I have 32gb 

whats wonders me is that the machine is not running on highload as my uploaded picture shows the machine is just around 5 %

Would you mind trying the suggestions shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/optimize-illustrator-performance.html) and trying to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (macOS) and checking if it helps?
