Rotaing Artboard

Hello all, 

How can I rotate the artboard 90 degrees with the artwork on it? The angle set option is not available in properties panel as you can see in below picture.

You can't.

You could draw a rectangle the size of the existing artboard, rotate all and then set the artboard to the size of the rectangle.
