Rotating screen view

Over the last month I have been working in Illustrator and zooming in or out or moving to a different board on the screen or around different boards and the screen will just randomly rotate. I will have any other tools except the rotating view tool on and this happens. I use the rotating hand tool to fix it but I can never get it back to zero degrees. I don't want the screen to rotate and this will not stop happening. How do I make it stop?

Turn it off in Preferences > General

If that option doesn't exist for you, you need to upgrade Illustrator.
