Save as dialogue not appearing in Adobe Illustrator (Windows 11 Pro)

Wondering if anyone can help me, I hit Save As and nothing pops up but when I clock around I get the error ping noise. I cant use any of the usual things like alt space. 

Ive restarted my computer, restarted illustrator. Nothing.

I usually work on a multi screen setup, i tried to go down to one and see if that would fix it but no dice.

 

Please help if you've been here before. Frustrating.

Sorry to hear about the issue with the Save As dialog not appearing. Could you please confirm the exact version of Illustrator you’re using? Try manually resetting the preferences by following the steps here: Reset preferences in Illustrator and then relaunch the app to see if the dialog appears again.

If the issue still persists, please confirm where exactly you're trying to save the file, locally or to a network or cloud location, and also where the original file is saved from which you're doing the Save As.
