Save pdf, chose right pdf preset

I would like to save a pdf out of Illustrator and chose the right pdf preset (x3: 2002). I am working on my iPad and can't find where to chose the pdf preset. Can't you chose the right preset on the iPad when saving a pdf?

You cannot do that on the iPad.
