Hi,

Since today I have the problem that I can no longer save Illustrator documents locally on my Mac.

Even if I simply create a new document and write "Hello" in it and want to save it, the SAVE and NEW FOLDER buttons are not active and therefore not clickable.

Look at the screenshot. I never had such a problem before. First I had restarted AI, didn't help. Then I shut down the Mac completely and restarted it. Doesn't help either.

What is the problem?

Using:
macOS Monterey V12.3
Adobe Illustrator 2022 (26.1)

Thanks

Markus

There are already a couple of threads on the subject, which also have the current state of the issue.

Hi @markus_spiske,

We are sorry for the trouble. We worked with Apple and addressed this issue with the latest macOS update, v12.3.1, released last week. I would request you to update and let us know if the issue still persists.

Regards,

Anshul Saini
