Saving ai file after outline problem

Dear all,

 

I work saving two versions of my artwork, one in JPG one in AI. When I do the outline and the resave the AI file, the version automatically change like the picture bellow but I can't see it from my computer. It just happens sometimes and I don't know where the problem comes from.12.jpg
