saving the illustrator file on my computer is not working , even with PDF .

when trying to save the illustrator file on my computer , the save button is deactivated . this happens on my mac mini m1 . I updated the illustrator to the last version , but still the issue is appearing . the exporting is working file also the asset export feature is working .IMG_3129.PNGIMG_3130.PNG

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind checking if Full Disk Access is enabled for Illustrator as suggested by Monika and relaunching Illustrator to see if it helps?

 

If the issue persists, kindly try running Illustrator under the root user account and share your observations.
