SCALE PROBLEM ILLUSTRATOR

Explorer ,
Mar 05, 2025 Mar 05, 2025

When I export a file from Illustrator to JPG format and transfer it to the Wasatch RIP software, the size increases. For example, I export 100 cm x 100 cm, and in Wasatch, it appears as 417 cm x 417 cm. This only happens with JPG; if I use PNG or PDF, the problem doesn't occur. I've already reinstalled Illustrator, and it's not fixed. What can I do?

You probably have a problem with Wasatch and not with Illustrator?

Which settings do you apply to the JPEG export and then to the PNG export?

Can't you work with the PNG? Quality is better anyway.

I 've reinstalled Wasatch and the problem persists. This has never happened to me before.

I've uploaded the 1 meter x 1 meter file in JPG format. If you have the Wasatch software and could upload it to see if it loads as 1 meter or 417cm, I would appreciate it. This way I can verify where the error is on my PC.

Sounds like the other software is importing the JPEG as 72 PPI rather than 300?
