Dear Adobe Illustrator Support Team,
Over the past one to two weeks, I’ve started experiencing a recurring issue in Adobe Illustrator. When I reopen a saved file, the layout appears completely distorted elements are scattered across the artboard. In some cases, text boxes are separated from the text itself, appearing in entirely different positions.
At first, I encountered this issue with only one file, and I assumed it might have become corrupted during the saving process. However, just yesterday I created a completely new document and a new artboard, saved it, closed Illustrator, and upon reopening it today, the same problem occurred again all elements were displaced.
I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator, hoping that would resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it persisted. The new file I created yesterday was also scattered upon reopening.
Please investigate this issue and suggest a possible solution, as it is becoming extremely frustrating to work like this. Reorganizing the displaced elements takes a significant amount of time and effort.
