Screen black and jump

When I place image on illustrator, screen become black and jump... and in photos photoshop , when I increase erasers size, screen becomes black.

First I thought I have problems in my PC.. but service says only Adobe software doing this problems. Could you please help me to find solution?

After this problem everything becomes blur. Ex. Cursor, text etc.

Any kind of image.. any size of image..

If I use (file> place) , screen become black and I cannot work . 😭 

Asus x415ja...

Windows 11, Intel core i7 10th gen, ram 16 gb, rom 1 tb.

I buy this laptop February 2023.
