Script for Exporting EPS files

I am needing a script to load into Illustrator that saves a .AI file out as a EPS with text created to outlines and the file is saved in a specific folder (whatever we want to name it) on the desktop.

Can anyone help me with this?

I have looked all over and cant find something this specific and have tried to edit the code mys

@Parts4Arts - Thank you for that info. I took a brief look at your link and it appears there are alot of extra functions it is doing. 

I can wait for you to add the text to outline and try that file if you can please. Also if it does have extra functions, can you take that out?

NEW for AI:

The new version 2.7.1 now also saves .ai8 files for CINEMA 4D and other programmes that can only read old AI files. In addition, contained text can be converted into outline paths when saving as a copy, for example as an .eps file.
