Script (programmatic) access to Illustrator path point width (ala Width Tool) value

I am looking for a way to use script code to create/access the width value for a given point of a PathItem, as if created by the Width Tool. I can't seem to find any properties, methods, or classes associated with this in any of the scripting API reference documents.
