Hello,
I have a print with many shapes, paths, live paints etc. The print has around 9 colours and I rechecked using recolour tool and changed them all to the exact colours. Now I need to select all the same colours and group them. But whether I use select same or magic wand the same colours arent selected. Please help!
Select > Same does not select parts inside a live paint group.
Also: when using Recolor artwork, you have to take care that the recoloring really using the exact same color for all the other colors you remap. It's a very tiny button, but it's important.
When you are done, Object > Live Paint > Expand

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
