Send to Current layer shortcut

I see this shortcut in the menu for Send to Current Layer.

What key does the last icon pertain to?

And why doesn't this menu item appear in the list to create keyboard shortcuts?

I uninstalled the latest Illustrator and went back a version to 29.5, and the option is there in the Keyboard shortcuts.

Good stuff, glad I pay for updates.
