Share for review - Error

I have a simple piece of artwork im saving to cloud and using Share for review.

When opened in a browser, it gives me an error at the bottom.

"A full preview of this document is currently unavailable. refresh or try again later."

I refreshed, no different. Ive shared with several people and they see the same error.

Ai 26.0.1 on Windows 10 64bit

Sorry to hear about your experience. Do you see this behavior while working on a specific file? if yes, would it be possible for you to share the file? You may share it over DM.
