Hello, 

My short-cuts don't work and I don't know what to do. 

If I go to Modify - short cuts I can't write the cmd Z to cancel the action made before

Cmd+Z is undo not cancel. If you set your shortcuts back to default do they work?

Can you please show a screenshot of what you changed, so we see where are you changing and what you are expecting to happen. For example Edit >> Keyboard Shortcuts does not have a cancel option.

You may just be looking for the undo button shown here in red.
