Shortcut Keys: Assign on Mac

I know how to assign shortcut keys to a program on a Mac.

Instead of trying to invent the wheel, let me ask people here if they found simple shortcut commands that are still available on a Mac Illustrator.

The three I think I would use a lot are:

Expand

Expand Appearance

Offset Path

If there are already shortcuts for them, please LMK.

I'd like to find simple keys. I have an extended keyboard, so I could easily used F13 through F19, since they are seldom used in any software. 

Or, maybe I could overwrite a few worthless shortcut commands. 

If you have your favorites, I'm interested.
