hi, after posting this I THINK I used a different browser than the one I was using to download apps from Adobe Creative Cloud via the web and it worked, I don't remember exactly! I was using Chrome and then installed Opera. The PC had nothing to do with it because I formatted it, only the browser apparently. I hope I have helped!

What kind of hardware does your computer have (type of CPU, amount of RAM, video card, etc)? Does the hardware meet the system requirements of the applications?

I have the same issue, I have Windows 11 pro 64-bit 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 (12 CPUs), ~2.5GHz, 16 RAM. I have always been able to download Adobe programs and now out of nowhere when I want to download illustrator again because I had deleted it, I get that it is not compatible in Creative cloud, I can't understand what happened.

Hello @GraphiCore,

Based on what you have shared, you should be able to install Illustrator without any problems. Could you please share the System Information Report (https://adobe.ly/47V10gq) and a screenshot of the error message so that I can check it with the team?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
