Snapping to... not working

OS: Windows version: 10.0

Nothing really to tell except it no longer works? I even reset preference thinking maybe I have done something accidently but that does help? As of this write up the Snap to Grid and snap to pixels do not work? Help can not proceed with clients without the snap to!

sorry think I solved - had a small grid and in reality afteer zooming in it actually was snapping so closing  with this psot I hope
