Start Dialouge after start up does not show up

Hello support, it is a nightmare. when starting Illustrator it shows no dialouge, Strg-N doesn't work, Save my work only works when I click shut down... please help

Hallo Monika, das ist genau mein Problem. Alles schwarz und ich kann nicht speichern wie gewöhlich, geschweige denn Dateinamen vergeben beim Speichern. Ich bin Deinem Link gefolgt, aber nichts davon führte zum Erfolg. Ich habe gestern Illustrator deininstalliert/neu installiert und dabei die Presets gelöscht. Es hat nichts geholfen. Das Problem taucht jetzt artverwandt auch bei Photoshop auf.

Inzwischen stelle ich das Problem auch bei After Effects fest.
Ich versuche den Weg über Deinen Link.
