Stock or Font?

Novice Adobe user here.  Just downloaded Illustrator for purpose of creating tee shirts.  Also downloaded an Adobe Stock font (?) called Good Vibes (retro 70's).  I see it in my Library but are the letters that appear an actual font?  If so, how do I use them?  Have tried to use some of the tutorials but getting frustrated with not finding the right answer.

It's just an alphabet, not a font. You can move the graphics around to get words. Or you can make it into a font using specific software.
