Sorry for the vague title, I'm not really sure how to describe exactly what is happening succinctly. For some reason in a document I'm working on, the stroke settings are not doing what they should be. If I make a shape and align stroke to inside, the stroke doesn't show whatsoever. If I align the stroke to center, the stroke actually aligns to the outside of the shape. If I align the stroke to the outside, it doubles in weight. Here's an example of what I expect it to do when I align stroke to center:

I'm sure there must be some setting I changed by accident, but I can't for the life of me figure out what it is.

I believe your Stroke is beneath your Fill, you can switch (back) in the Appearance panel.
