Stroke size limit?

The stroke gets jaggies at around .03 pt. Am I the only one that occationally wants a fine stroke on something? 

 

The jaggies jump around if you change the alignment.

that is one of the countless possible artefacts caused by Illustrator's GPU Preview.

 

It should go away by turning on the CPU Preview instead (see View menu).
