Hi! I have an Adobe Illustrator 2020 version that, when I change the fill color to stroke color, does not alter the theoretical dimensions of the object in the browser. Moreover, I can increase the line thickness as much as I want without it altering its size at all since the program is configured not to recalculate sizes with those thicknesses. I've lost this property and don't know how to recover it for work with cutting machines. Any suggestions on how to activate / deactivate this option? Thank you!

There is an option in Preferences: Use Preview Bounds

But for cutting machines you need to create a path.
