Stylize >Inner Glow >The operation cannot complete because there isn't enough RAM (memory) Available

Illustrator works fine in other areas as far as I'm aware. However, when I create my object, try to add the inner glow and move object, illustrator doesn't like that. Just wondering if anyone has had similar issues? Illustrator works fine in other areas, and can generally handle a lot of tasks I throw at it!

I have 8GB Ram  for now!
2 GHz Quad COre Intel Core i7

8 GB of RAM is just not enough.

16 is recommended.
