Just updated both aps, logged in and out of both programs, restarted Ipad and computer, etc after following response to others with this problem.  Just saw another thread where an Adobe rep mentioned that a problem with Amazon Web Services was to blame, that is fine but what workaround is available to get vector art from my Ipad to computer right now? (closest I've figured out is saving as an image, emailing to myself, and trying to image trace in AI which isn't acceptable quality. I have unfortunately built my workflow around transferring drawings from Ipad Adobe Draw to Desktop AI if this isn't something I can rely on then I am in a panic because I will not be using Adobe anymore.

Hi @chase0D45,

Sorry for the trouble. As Monika mentioned, Adobe Draw is EOL now. To get your artwork in vector form, you will need to install the Adobe Fresco app first. It will automatically sync your Draw files which are synced to Creative Cloud, and then you can send them to Illustrator one by one.

Kindly update the discussion if you still need further assistance with it. We'd be happy to help.

Thanks & Regards,

Thank you so much for the reply! Somehow I missed the memo that Adobe Draw would be discontinued. I have downloaded Fresco and already had success moving my work over.
