Suggestion for improving Illustrator

New Here ,
Oct 31, 2025 Oct 31, 2025

Hello!
I've been a long-time contributor to your Photostock and want to thank you for the wonderful features of your software and excellent service.

But I always dream of an additional feature for Illustrator: the ability to select objects by similar size. For example, select everything smaller than the selected object. This would make your contributors' work much easier.
Is this a feature you have?

Or would you consider adding it in the future?

Thanks)

Hi @ArtMari,

Thanks for your kind words and for sharing such a thoughtful suggestion! I agree, a 'select by size' feature would be really helpful for managing small objects or fine-tuning detailed artwork. While Illustrator doesn't currently have this option, I'd recommend submitting your idea on our UserVoice page here: https://adobe.ly/47Avjt5 and adding your comments there. This helps our team prioritize requests, and you'll be notified of any updates.

Feel free to reach out anytime if you have more questions or need help.

Thanks again for sharing your feedback.

Abhishek

Maybe this script SelectPathsBySize.jsx by John Wundes helps, it selects all Path Objects, smaller/larger than given threshold.
