SVG conversion error, again!

I am still asking for help from the community in the hope that someone understands what is happening.

Instructions for replicating the problem

The file that I shared in this post, after exporting to SVG, loses the writing on the head of the key "17 Hub"

By hiding the group at the "hand with coin" level, the writing 17 Hub is visible after exporting to SVG.

How should I export without losing anything? I tried for hours to get the result without success.

Using Export for screens I cannot reproduce that.

are you saying that using "export for screens" the result of the conversion to svg is the same as the artboard?

I usually use the "export as" function however or tried to use "export for screens" and my result does not change. However, it seems to me that “export for screens” “relies” on the same options available in “export as”. Right?

Export as works for me as well

You might want to try and reboot the computer.,

If that still doesn't work, maybe resetting the preferences helps.

Fixed

After completing a fresh clean install of Illustrator I got the conversion to svg with no missing parts.
