All of my standard SVG filters are missing from illustrator. How can i re-import them back into the application? I'm talking about the ones your normally find under the effects menu. Now when I go to Effect, SVG Filter, there are only 2 options - Apply and Import. Both options are a dead end. Apply expects me to create one and Import, well, expects me to import one. Can anyone help me please?

Hi there,

Sorry about the trouble you are facing. I would suggest you to reset the Illustrator Preferences (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html). If it doesn't help, you may uninstall the application using the CC Cleaner tool and reinstall it from the Creative Cloud Desktop app. I hope it helps!

Regards,

Anshul Saini
