Hello,

1) I have made this equation with Illustrator, and made "export the selection" in SVG :

2) Then, for a test with Word, I have inserted this equation inline the text of Word :

In Illustrator, before to export to SVG, I have selected the equation and made : "Type/Create outlines".

Do you think I need also to do : "Object/Expand" ?

You cannot expect the text inside the SVG to be aligned to the baseline in Word. Maybe you can shift it in your Word doc?

Hi Monika,

About, the equations I make in Illustrator, as they are written in a text frame in Illustrator, I remember that I have to do Type/create outlines ("vectoriser" in french) them, but is it good also to expand them (object/expand)  before to export to SVG ?
