Template from illustrator file

I make 1920x1080 reviews for my dentist in illustrator. He would like the artwork as a template and an editable platform where he can update to new reviews. Is there an easy way do make a template that size that my dentist can easily edit and wouldn't have to pay extra for an additional software?

So you make the templates and your dentist puts text into them and then? Upload them to Social Media? Maybe check out Adobe Express? https://www.adobe.com/express/

Not an answer; but i just checked out adobe express. DIDNT know that was around. it's like canva app but for adobe users. thanks for just mentioning it!  for your dentist - i think you could make that work.
