Tengo problemas al instalar ilustrator en mi nueva laptop leona

Intento instalar adobe illustrator en mi nueva laptop pero la ventana de instalación no abre , simplemente hace una aparición fugaz 

como puedo solucionarlo ?

¿Podrías especificar un poco más?

Por ejemplo:

• Sistema Operativo, Memoria RAM, tamaño de disco duro, etc.
• Versión de Illustrator que estás tratando de instalar.

tengo el mismo problema y lko he probado en dos pc distintos

Windows 11 pro 64bits el msi intenta hacer la instalacion sale una ventanita rapida y se cierra no muestra nada y luego hace el rollback el msi
