Tengo un error al crear letras con 3D

Hola necesito saber como arreglar el error "Error al procesar la apariencia de un objeto" al querer crear letras con 3D, específicamente Inflar, ya desinstale e instalé, reestablecí las preferencias, etc, ayuda por favor!!

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/3PZ677K) and checking if it helps?
