Text leading shortcuts not working in Illustrator 27.2

Option up/down not working for leading shortcut in 27.2.

I don't have any issues with it in 27.2

You could try rebooting the system, if that doesn't help you might need to reset the preferences (which will erase all your settings.) https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html

Thanks for reaching out. I hope the issue is resolved with Monika's suggestion. If not, would you mind booting into safe mode (Mac/ Windows) and launching the Illustrator app only to check whether the same behavior is happening?
In Safe Mode, the system performs certain checks and prevents third-party software/ services from automatically loading or opening, which may interfere with keyboard shortcuts.
