The Case of the Dissapearing Tools

It's raining and very windy outside. Inside, suddenly, my Astute Graphic tools simply vanish!

What is one to do? How did it happend I am not certain but it became apparent as soon as I selected the new Dimension* (Beta) tool. Could it be that Beta is not the real name but it's more like Alpha as in "Buggy Alpha"? Only restarting the app solves the problem. I'm not touching that new tool again, no thanks.

*PS: Is this why Adobe murdfered Adobe Dimension (twice!) so they could use the same name for an upcomung tool? The mystery deepens...

The first trouble shooting step to take is make sure Astute Manager is running and that you are signed into your account. Lately it seems like every other day I'm getting a notice "my license is inactive" because I keep getting signed out. I have to log back into Astute Manager and then re-launch Illustrator. I had to do that even this evening.

After that, make sure all your Astute Graphics plugins (and Astute Manager) are up to date by clicking the Updates button in Astute Manager. Astute Graphics has issued a decent number of maintenance updates recently.
