The designated font will continue to change!!

I got an illustrator update and it seems like there are a lot of errors. But I have to use the new function, so please watch the video and tell me how to solve it. How do I fix the font auto-change error?

That  is a bug.

Someone recently posted that they fixed it when they deactivated missing glyph protection in the preferences.You could try that.
