The eyedropper behaves strangely in Illustrator

Please describe what we should see in that video.

The eyedropper works for one text, but not for another. Similarly with colors - I can’t copy the color for every object (but the illustrator writes that the color is applied, it only helps to reset all colors to zero and select again with an eyedropper)
