The object is not moving in Illustrator

The object is not moving in Illustrator. I have tried every solution; nothing works except when reinstalling it. I have experienced it two or three times this week.
Every time I have to go through reinstalling, that sucks. Does Anyone have any permanent solutions?
That would be really great.

Could you also share a screenshot of the layer panel and check whether any layers are locked?
