The Operation cannot be completed because of unknown error. [!FND] in Illustrator

 Estou tendo problemas ao abrir o Illustrator beta, ele diz que deu erro e fica meia tela e depois trava. Já instalei e desinstalei, mas o erro continua.

O meu estava dando o mesmo erro, o unico jeito que encontrei foi desinstalando o illustrator betta, talvez nao seja a melhor opção, mas foi a unica forma que encontrei. Fui dentro da pasta da adobe e simplesmente exclui a pasta do illustrator betta e agr consigo abrir normalmente meus projetos no illustrator normal msm. Espero ajudar.

I solved the Issue...
In the folder of Beta Version C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator (Beta)\Presets\pt_BR
Doesn´t have all the files that I have in 27.7 version in the folder C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2023\Presets\pt_BR

I just copy to Beta folder the all missing files from the 27.7 version and It's works without any issues.

O meu estava dando o mesmo erro, o unico jeito que encontrei foi desinstalando o illustrator betta, talvez nao seja a melhor opção, mas foi a unica forma que encontrei. Thank you for providing additional information, @Robson31976051wm0r @Luciano Sousa. We've just released Ai beta v28.0.30 today. You can update this by opening the Creative Cloud Desktop App, going to the Apps > "Updates" section, and clicking the "Check for Updates" button.

If this doesn't help, could you please share the logs via DM using the steps in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html)? These logs can provide valuable insights into what might be causing the error and help us diagnose the problem more effectively.

 

Also, @Junior Rocha has confirmed that the issue is only happening with the Brazilian Portuguese version, and uninstalling it and then fresh reinstalling the English version of Illustrator works fine on his machine.

I'm here just to give a Feedback, I did a Clean install with the new update 28.0.42 and it's working perfectly in Brazillian Portuguese... Thanks for the quick fix.

12 GB of RAM is not a lot. The recommended minimum is 16 GB 

What about your graphic card?

I believe it's a error in Brazillian Portuguese version...
I used CC Cleaner to unisntall
I unistall the Portuguese version,
and Install the English International version, and it's work normally. 
After that I did a another CC Cleaner unistall and tried PT-BR again, and doesnt work.
Is only working with English Version.
