The png. file is not transparent background in other websites

The original png. file is okey as usual, but it has white background when I upload to other websites such as Redbubble. How to sovle this problem?

So the file is OK when you open it in Photoshop, but it's not OK after uploading to Redbubble? Then please ask Redbubble why that is the case.
