Good afternoon! It is very difficult to work in the installed illustrator version 25.4.1 program. The pen cannot be installed at any point, the pen twitches, jumps over a certain number of pixels. If you stretch the object over the entire working area (not the mounting area), then it becomes easier to work, the pen begins to work smoothly. But it's not convenient to stretch every detail like that

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing the version of the OS? What device/tablet you're using?

Have you tried resetting the preferences of the app?

I'd also recommend installing the latest version of the Illustrator and see if it helps.
