Could you try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and check if it helps? If the problem persists, kindly confirm the version of the OS installed and share a small screen recording of the problem so I can investigate further.

The problem has been solved. The solution was to uninstall the latest version and roll back to version 29.1. Incidentally, after I uninstalled the software for the first time and then reinstalled the latest version, the problem remained unchanged. So I suspect that there is something wrong with the latest version. The version of my computer system is macOS 15.3.1.

For macOS: /Users/YOUR USERNAME/Library/Logs/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator
For Windows: C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Logs\Adobe Illustrator
