With beta systems you have to expect this. That's why beta software and systems shouldn't be used on productive systems. You can report this in the Illustrator (Beta) forum. But basically there's not a lot you can do about it.

Yup I didn't tought it would be malfunctioning tho. Should I downgrade my Mac OS?

If you do not have another computer, then this is probably your only option to get a functioning app again.

Thanks for sharing more details. I see you’re using a Mac 2020 M1 with the Tahoe 26.0 Beta OS and the latest Illustrator version. As Monika mentioned, our apps haven't been tested or officially supported on Beta operating systems, so stability or features aren't guaranteed in that environment.

If this is affecting your work, I'd recommend going back to a stable macOS version to ensure Illustrator functions properly. Please let me know once you decide or if you need help with anything else.
